HSP has reviewed and provided inputs for the latest edition of the AMR Dictionary in English and has been designated supporting organization for the resource. HSP encourages all partners to use the AMR Dictionary as an important educational resource, both for students in the health and life sciences, and for community education to promote understanding and inspire stewardship to mitigate the global threat of AMR. In addition to promoting international and national level policies and capacity strengthening, the success of AMR stewardship hinges on individuals taking responsibility for rational use of antimicrobials to improve healthcare outcomes for all. The AMR Dictionary is a free resource available to all and is increasingly being translated into more languages. HSP expects the Arabic version to be published in a couple of months, thanks to the efforts of HSP Stewards Fellows in Iraq.
