Muddled Messaging Around COVID-19 Complicates Response In Tanzania-Devex

When John Peters, who lives in Dar es Salaam, tested positive for COVID-19 in mid-May, it was about two weeks after the Tanzanian government stopped reporting cases to the World Health Organization. Others all around him also started getting sick.
