Benchtop to bedside use of antimicrobial-resistance data: Detection, prevention, and response to carbapenem resistance in SE Asia

HSP supported the CDC workshop, "Benchtop to bedside use of antimicrobial-resistance data: Detection, prevention, and response to carbapenem resistance in SE Asia", in Bangkok, Thailand from December 11-13. The event brought together interdisciplinary hospitals teams from across the region, as well as Ministry of Health representatives and international experts, to discuss CPO resistance detection and response with the goal of strengthening coordination on this issue within healthcare facilities.
