HSP Meets With Indonesian Biorisk Association To Discuss Future Opportunities For Partnership

Recently, HSP met with the Executive Board of the Indonesian Biorisk Association (IBA), to discuss future opportunities to continue a longstanding partnership. Since 2011, HSP and IBA have been working together to advance biosafety and biosecurity capacity in Indonesia and the surrounding region.

In 2020, the two organizations jointly conducted two virtual workshops to share best practices for biorisk management with laboratories testing for COVID-19 in Indonesia. This year, HSP and IBA will continue to build upon their partnership by raising awareness of toxin threats, enhancing biosecurity of toxins, and promoting a regional dialogue about biosecurity.

We look forward to working with IBA to help eliminate threats and make the world a safer place!
