D.C. Mayor Muriel E. Bowser (D) on Friday said people coming from coronavirus hot spots must quarantine for 14 days when arriving in the city. She said the quarantine measure, which will begin Monday, will help the nation’s capital battle a recent increase in coronavirus infections.
