Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP) Indonesia graduates are “disease detectives” who help track, contain, and eliminate outbreaks before they become epidemics. Under the coordination of the FETP Secretariat, the FETP is integrated into the curricula of collaborative Indonesian universities and field training is implemented at district and provincial health offices. These efforts are supported by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
